The project proposes to process 80,000 tons of pineapple pulp and manure biomass wastes from Del Monte Phils. Inc. (DMPI) to produce biogas and biochar together with solar power to optimize resources and provide longer energy storage. Our innovation is the coupling of anaerobic digestion with biomass pyrolysis and supported by solar energy hydro thermal storage that can store energy up to several hours.
