Some communities grow and let the rhizome to rotten without harvesting due to fear of price exploitation of rural community farmers by urban marketers. 75% out o the total consumers complain of poor quality control mechanism and unavailability of the product at all times due to micro bacteria infestation.
Our team engages in community ginger extension services as a means of increasing yield reduce micro bacteria infestation and increase quality control standards. Our service is to transform the raw material of ginger rhizome into economically Preservable ginger powder that serves households and markets for many years through an assurable supply mechanism under hygienic quality control system at cheaper rates. We use 25% of revenue to support community school projects (libraries and solar light) to power education.
