Equipo Community Skills Development operates with a strong and inclusive team structure that ensures effective governance, program implementation, and community engagement. A 7-member Board of Directors provides strategic guidance, policy direction, and accountability. The organization’s day-to-day activities are led by 13 permanent staff, representing a wide range of technical and administrative expertise, with women making up more than half of the team (7 female staff) demonstrating our commitment to gender equality and inclusive leadership. Complementing our staff are 22 active volunteers who play a vital role in community outreach, awareness campaigns, and direct support to project activities. Together, this team drives our mission and strengthens our impact at community level.
