Team CEM is governed by a Board of Trustees who are well versed with theenergy and development nexus. The Board oversees policy formulation and provides overall guidance to the secretariat including checks and balances. Implementation of activities and policies is vested in the secretariat headed by the Country Director who is supported by the Trading & Technical Services Manager, Finance and Administration Manager as well as other technical and non-technical staff. CEM’s for profit interests are managed through subsidiaries or special purpose vehicles i which also have own boards of directors in partnership with other investors.
