COLUM biomass and stoves stands for Colins Lubega Monica; so our team comprises of 2 co-founders Lubega Colins Solomon and Mirembe Monica Carolyne who manages day to day operations of the business including production, marketing and sales, 4 youth males who are casual labourers engaged in carbonization, crashing, stoves and briquettes production and monitor drying, 3 youth females casual labourers engaged in sorting and drying of materials before carbonization is made.
