We connect farmers and traders through our Amana Market platform. We facilitate product financing for the traders. In addition, we enable companies access and interact with informal markets through our Amana Analytics product.
Data on informal markets in Sub Saharan Africa is scanty and noisy. This is a disadvantage to traders and farmers looking to access accurate price information. It is also hard for companies learn and serve these markets better due to the presence of poor quality data if present at all.
