Mr. Cletus Baalongbuoro is the Founder/ CEO of Ponaa Briquettes. He holds a degree in Energy Management with specialization in Biomass Renewable Energy from the University of Stirling UK. Mr Baalongbuoro has obtained a number of certificates in entrepreneurship and business management training. He takes strategic decisions for the company.
Madam Soriah Biereba is responsible for the operation and production department of the company. She brings a wide range of skills to the company, having worked with women groups in rural communities for 8 years.
Miss Charity Diata is the marketing and sales manager. She has over ten years marketing experience. She uses the traditional methods such as roadshows, trade fairs, door to door to market the products. She is also responsible for raising funds for the business
Miss Rosemond Yidaana is the company Accountant with over ten years working experience.
