Citra’s patent protected building technology reduces lifecycle carbon emissions compared to conventional homes. Our composite structure of EPS panels, magnesium oxide ribs, and high-performance plaster creates exceptionally energy-efficient homes. With minimal photovoltaic panels, the homes are net energy positive. We eliminate steel in most residential construction using corrosion-resistant basalt rebars, further reducing embodied carbon. The excpetionally thin plaster ensures recarbonization within only 10-15 years.

Our technology supports rapid construction – a single-story home can be built in just 4 weeks – and limitless design flexibility. Our system is designed for automation with mobile factories and plaster robots, enabling radical cost reductions. Precision CNC-driven processes minimize waste, and importantly, EPS can be recycled within a circular economy model.
