Equipo Chrisdel Waste Management and Recycling is led by a passionate, youth-driven team committed to environmental sustainability and social impact. Our team consists of 21 dedicated individuals under the age of 35, with diverse expertise in environmental science, waste management, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. At the helm is Adewale Akinfolarin, Founder and Environmental Scientist, who brings vision, leadership, and hands-on experience in waste transformation and circular economy practices. He is supported by a strong management team that oversees operations, innovation, logistics, and outreach. Together, we combine technical know-how with grassroots energy to create sustainable solutions, drive behavioral change, and build a cleaner, more inclusive future.
