ChoiceRx, a product of Choice Care Pharma Limited, a company founded in 2019 in Kenya, is a new model of Home Hospitalization (Integrated healthcare) system. We deliver healthcare to the homes of Kenyans irrespective of their background. We work to achieve SDG number 3

The system validates, anchors, and links,
1. Clinicians to patients (MyDoctor),
2. Patients to providers (MyPatient),
3. Nurses and caregivers to patients (MyNurse), and
4. Pharmacists to medicines (MyPharmasist). All these linked by
5. Quick community riders and ambulances (MyRider)

Through the apps, we consolidate medicine and equipment, register and deploy licensed professionals to patients in their homes, and register feedback. This works in freeing our hospital beds.

Our system ensures comprehensive and cost effective 24/7 support to patients by use of IT applications. Universal health coverage at home reduces the burden of high hospital admission bills and saves lives by avoiding long queues.
