Chapi The protein of the future is Chapulin! and we have the best.

To avoid the worst consequences of climate change, we must change our consumption. Food is part of it, but this is not necessarily bad. FAO recognizes insects as the food of the future, but we know it is complicated to consume them for many people, for appearance or taste.

At Chapi we come to revolutionize this. We use the chapulin, a delicious Mexican insect, to make meat for burger, sausage and falafel. Their flavors are fresh and delicious, and far more nutritious than their beef equivalents or pork equivalents.

Our 3,000 followers gathered in less than a year endorse our idea. For sportsmen, it is a product with 28 g of protein c/u; for environmentalists, a 10 times more sustainable option; and for food fans, a fresh, delicious and practical option to feed healthily.
