In a research we did in Feb. 2020, Financing, Skilling and Mentoring (FSM) are three critical impeding factors of Massive Agricultural Production (MAP) in Yei River County besides other issues. We noticed many agricultural institutions provide skills without on job mentorship and financing while others provide the finance without skilling and mentorship. As such, massive production has been retarded and the fight against poverty and hunger has not been won for the past many decades. After many months of thinking and studying, we have innovated the NIGA Plus. NIGA means Nutrition & Income Generation Approaches. It takes into consideration capacity, Financing and Marketing. It literally means, build capacity, issue loans, improve technology and enhance distribution systems to boost production. This is the broader strategy of our institution. NIGA Plus is coined in the understanding that a farmer can double his/her harvest with right skills, timely financing & ready markets
