CEIJ is developing a hybrid solar-electric cooking technology designed to make clean cooking more affordable, reliable, and accessible in Africa. Our patented system uses low-voltage DC power from solar and battery systems, combined with intelligent energy management, to deliver efficient cooking even when sunlight is unavailable. By reducing dependence on charcoal, firewood, and expensive LPG, CEIJ aims to lower household energy costs, improve health outcomes, and support the transition to sustainable energy across underserved communities.
