CAPS is a chain of hotels that implements the lodging service capsule, being the first of its kind in Colombia. CAPS is the answer to a market need to have a luxury service but at low cost. Our offer makes it possible to optimize spaces, increase income and reduce lodging costs, which opens up a world of possibilities not only for tourists, but also for investors, entrepreneurs and people in the hotel sector. Today we already have 3 hotels in operation, being our El Dorado hotel, the largest of its kind in Latin America; we are also in the process of assembling 3 more hotels, including one in Spain. CAPS is listed as a PropTech because we use technology to improve and optimize processes that allow to reinvent the service of the lodging sector.
