Equipo The company has 2 managers (general and operational), 5 permanent workers in construction (foremen, masons and assistants) and up to 10 subcontracted specialists when needed (welders, electricians, plumbers, painters). In the private taxi sector, 3 professional drivers ensure transport, safety and vehicle maintenance. In the multimedia studio and print shop, 6 staff members operate: 2 photographers/videographers (events, studio and editing), 2 graphic designers (branding, flyers, logos, invitations) and 2 admin/marketing assistants (clients, social media, campaigns). An additional 10 technicians are subcontracted when demand requires (printing, sound, setup, logistics). The model combines a dedicated core team with a flexible expert network, ensuring scalability and quality. The project also creates social impact by generating youth employment and professional training opportunities in Luanda.
