Bright Village was founded by Kanjo Etienne Shey, a Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Technology Technician. Due to massive deforestation and high cost of kerosene and charcoal, respiratory diseases and time and resources wasted in gathering wood and cleaning the soot on pots, we developed an efficient biomass stove that uses agricultural waste like kernel shells, rice husk, and corn cobs as fuel. The stove uses 5watts of solar power to create forced air that gasifiers the waste and the end result is: A blue flame like butane or propane cooking gas A clean pot with zero soot No smoke and pollutants This stove is the result of six years of research that is now ready for the market. With seed funding of $100,000 we can set up a unit that produces 50,000 stoves yearly to target 70% of Cameroonians who cook with unclean fuels.SectorsBiomass, Clean technology and energy, Waste management and recyclingLocationBamenda, CameroonStageSign in to view detailsMarketsSign in to view detailsCustomer modelSign in to view detailsRevenueSign in to view detailsContactSign in to view detailsSocial media
