The team includes 8 full‑time staff and additional casual workers supporting production and distribution. Roles cover poultry production, animal care, egg handling, feed preparation, logistics, and day‑to‑day farm operations. The team is youth‑led and intentionally inclusive, employing both men and women as well as a person with a disability (deaf). Operations are supported by the founder’s hands‑on leadership and financial oversight, combining local execution with strategic planning.
