Team Our team has 4 members who are the founders. Blitz AgroTech is led by Einstein Makuyana, who has vast experience in managing and starting businesses. As CEO, he is responsible for handling the day-to-day running of the enterprise, planning, and assisting in product development and market assessment. Our CTO, Max Sibanda, has a degree in electronic engineering and over 5 years of experience in hardware product development, research, and commissioning. Claire Makuyana, our head of software development, brings her expertise in software engineering and machine learning to handle web development, front-end design, and system training. Finally, Cainmore Mbanje, our CFO and HR manager, has a degree in financial engineering and over 4 years of experience in accounting and management accounts.
