He brings a skill mix, as a public health specialist in the IT space, of wide travel experience in Nigeria and a deep understanding of the meeting point between public health and ICT systems within specific context of Nigeria at both national and sub-national levels in addressing developmental and humanitarian challenges. Retnan Daser, is a software engineer and professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) the most prestigious computing organization in the world. He co-founded nHub Incubator and Accelerator Limited. Daser has consulted for both public&private organization including the Nigerian Air force.
