We are 100% locally owned family business opening our doors on 2nd January 2020 a could of months after COVID-19 hit. We serve local favourites however enhance and beautifully presented as you’d receive them in a hotel. We buy and support local farmers and vendors serving fresh salads everyday. All our meals must have fresh salads in them with our very own homemade salad dressing. We support the local cottage industry by purchasing chutneys, jams, honey, pickets and reusable bags from retirees and housewives who are trying to make a living from home. Our pastries are purchased from local home businesses. We support others small business by collaborating for eg. We collaborated with The Merch and gave away FREE hand sanitizers with our $50 family combos. We also worked with a handful of small businesses to treat our frontliners to a morning tea and lunch. We hosted lunch for all 40 medical staff and police officers when they came to our premises to carry out vaccinations over 3 days.
