BioFert Bénin transforms bio-waste from Pobè’s markets and restaurants into premium organic compost and renewable energy. Faced with the degradation of agricultural soils and increasing pollution, we are providing a concrete circular economy solution: recovering what the city rejects to feed the land and create green jobs. With 10,000,000 FCFA in funding, we are launching our pilot composting site to produce 20 tonnes in the first year and reach profitability in year 2.
