Team The team is made up of permanent employees (12) and 16 casual employees made up of 14 women and 2 men. the permanent team is made up of 11 employees whose salaries are supported by the PSIE (Social Employment Integration Program) of Benin. with a salary subsidy of up to around 20 million over 2 years of support Permanent staff: 1- the Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF) 2- the Sales Force Supervisor (SFV) 3- a Sales Assistant (Ass. Com) 4- an Accountant 5- a Human Resources and Materials manager 6- an IT Resources manager (full stack developer) 7- 5 manufacturing worker 8- 1 stock manager occasional agents: – sorting and sieving agents – collection agents – two security guards
