Our project involves accelerating the intelligent cultivation of Pleurote mushrooms using connected sensors. This accessible, local system, adapted to small producers and with a simplified interface + real-time SMS alerts, will enable us to modernize mushroom cultivation via digital technology, increase our yields and profitability, train young people, especially women, in the sector, and reduce waste and improve quality.
