BIM Library East Africa -the BLEA- is a Nairobi-based construction technology
(ConTech) startup transforming how professionals in the Architecture, Engineering,
and Construction (AEC) industry across East Africa specify, source, and manage
construction products. Through its digital platform, the BLEA integrates a specialised
online store, a locally relevant BIM content library, and smart construction technology
solutions that serve both product suppliers and project stakeholders.
