We are divers. We are complementary. We are Bii.
𝗕𝗶𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗕𝗶𝗶 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼. 𝗕𝗶𝗶 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.
🌍 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 : We come from 3 different continents and 5 countries with different cultures and languages which enriches our work.
⚥ 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 : We are equal in gender with a total of 50% woman (4) & 50% man (4). Furthermore, the three countries are led by woman as general director (no fake gender equality) and the CEO is female.
🗝️𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 : We have team members of different generations sharing their point of views on the same problem to find disruptive solutions.
📘 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆: We are a complementary team. Everyone has its specific expertise and competence needed for the success of the project. We learn from each other.
