Benin Craie The chalk that writes our nation's future

Supported by : SOSSOU ELYSE RICHARD BENIN CRAIE is an innovative project to set up a local school chalk factory in Benin. BENIN CRAIE’s ambition is to produce high-quality chalk locally: non-toxic, dust-free and perfectly suited to black and whiteboards. This is a concrete solution to the needs of the Beninese education system. The project has three main objectives:To reinforce national educational autonomy, by promoting 100% Beninese chalk.To create sustainable jobs, by involving young people and women in the production and distribution chain.To offer accessible, sustainable and environmentally-friendly chalk to all the country’s schools and bookshops.We are looking for technical, financial and institutional partners to make this project a reality
