We are looking for an empowered and participatory society capable of influencing its environment to create and inhabit sustainable and inclusive cities, and transform them by promoting community action.
With the need to mitigate polluting emissions to the environment, worldwide and in Mexico (Mobility Strategy 4S), the use of the bicycle has been promoted as a solution to the problem and as it is a cheap transport, it reduces the daily costs of transport.
In addition to it promotes health factors that decrease the risk of covid morbidity and contributes to mitigating the climate crisis.
Many of the families-especially of lower socioeconomic strata-do not have the economic capabilities to solve the public transport payments in the city or even invest in a bicycle, so offering a solution like my collaborative bike system generates changes of modal use and avoids the burning of fuels.
