Dr. Charles Wana Etyem: A Ugandan of age 72 years and is the board chairperson. He has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, and public and private sector affairs. He served on many national boards dealing with assessment and accreditations. From 2010 to 2018, he was board chairperson of Makerere University Council. From 2002-2006, was chairman of Uganda Engineers Registration Board In 1997-2002, was chairman of Uganda National Examinations Board. From 1991-to 2001 was a member of the Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo and was a board member of Uganda Hardware Ltd from 1987-to 1996.
Mr. Ekol Joshua Mandela, a Ugandan aged 31 years, is the CEO. A passionate farmer with 7 years of experience as CEO of Barry Investments Ltd. Graduated from Makerere University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Currently, chairman of the National Youth Council of Senior Quarters ‘A’ cell in Lira City and a youth leader with youth networks in 32 districts of Northern Uganda.
