My business’s innovation is on the production and marketing of hot pepper (guwana) and pawpaw productions in a way different from my competitors. They are: – apply only organic fertilizer, which is saver for consumption ( health wise) and the products can stay longer without been rotten. – most of my competitors (farmers) are not growing hot pepper (guwana); so I concentrated on its production for easy market penetration – and my other segments of competitors are middlemen. My pricing is comparatively affordable than theirs; since I am a producer. – I also offer free delivery services for most of my customers, which is an edge I have over my competitors.
