Baby boom Africa is a B2B e-commerce platform that enables retailers in the baby and mother care space to directly source products from brands, making it easy for them to purchase stock, maintain inventory and access financial services. We are digitizing the informal and inefficient distribution chain by supplying retailers straight from manufacturers making distribution seamless, products more accessible and offering retailers more profit margin.
Retailers can simply place orders for products on their phones and get their products delivered to them within 24 hours without having to leave their stores. We aim to digitize the retail niche market of baby and mother care in Africa.
In 8 months we have recorded $362K in GMV, 20% growth MoM, onboarded 178 customers, our CAC is $1.25 and the CLTV is about $56k USD. We have a 92% customer retention rate with an AOV at $220.
