TeamAyida Agriculture is led by a founding team with expertise in agronomy, operations, and sustainable development. Our COO, Samuel Montinard, and CAO, Jacob Montinard, bring years of experience in agricultural management and on-the-ground Haitian farming practices. HR Director Brittany Lamarre ensures strong organizational systems and talent management. The leadership team is supported by four full-time agronomists based across Haiti’s departments (Nord, Nord-Est, Nord-Ouest, and Grand’Anse), with additional part-time and seasonal hires planned as operations scale. Together, this team combines local knowledge, technical expertise, and organizational capacity to drive growth and long-term impact.
