Atlas build 3d Revolutionizing Housing in Southern Africa

Hello, my name is Kevin Marius Ramotlopi from Botswana.

I am the founder of Atlas Build 3D, the first 3D cement printing housing project in Southern Africa. This is currently an idea-stage company, aiming to revolutionize construction by building durable, eco-friendly homes 50–70% cheaper and 70% faster than traditional methods.

I am seeking full investment to purchase our first 3D cement printer, set up a pilot site, and start operations. In return, the investor will receive 60% equity in the company until the investment is fully repaid, after which their equity will reduce to 20%, leaving me with full operational control while they remain a stakeholder.

The housing market in Botswana and Southern Africa is underserved, and there are no competitors using 3D cement printing in the region.
