We are the Ñañachaykuna (my sisters) Organization. We seek to preserve the cultural identity of the artisan women of the Region of Cusco through the collection, publication and exhibition of their ancestral crafts and customs without commodification in order to achieve their empowerment in society through the use of the Quechua language, its customs, techniques, and traditions as well as to strengthening the family bonds. Cultural Identity.-Revalue, promote, empower and make visible our cultural identity, revitalizing the language, customs, traditions and techniques that our Andean sisters transmit through their crafts. Female Empowerment.-Acknowledging the value that our sisters carry out on a daily basis inside and outside their homes, to the great work they do through their crafts, will make us a more just and equal world, where women, as a fundamental pillar of the family, play a great role and be the protagonist of your own destiny.
