The COVID-19 pandemic inspired the creation of Arzaak, as it presented the opportunity to work online and explore the potential of this market. Eya Akir: 25 years old, holding a Master’s degree in Management from MSB, I have held various project management positions and possess experience in WordPress, digital marketing, and website management. Racha Chouiref: 26 years old, I have a background in graphic design and a 4-year history in the artisanal and vocational training sector. As a former artisan myself, I bring a unique perspective to the team. Malek Belhadj Hassine, a 23-year-old community manager intern at Arzaak, is currently in her final year pursuing a Master’s degree in marketing.
