Apollo Farm is an insect farm that focuses on producing agricultural raw materials derived from insects, such as bio-fertilizers and nutrition products for aquaculture and poultry. The farm makes use of organic waste, which accounts for more than 55% of the national waste, as source material.

The main objective of the project is to develop artificial intelligence (AI) systems capable of simulating and controlling the insect’s environment throughout various stages of its life cycle. This will be achieved by implementing specialized software in enclosed environments, like garages, equipped with a range of Internet of Things (IoT) sensors. These sensors will gather data that will then be processed to create the optimal environment for the insects. The aim of this approach is to reduce production time while ensuring the production of high-quality organic products in sufficient quantities.
