ANZA Whole Foods is revolutionizing poultry farming in East Africa with sustainable, scalable solutions. As the top egg producer in Makueni County, we deliver 2.95Million eggs yearly, earning $300K with 32 staff. With 10,000 layers, we’re just starting—Kenya’s egg demand exceeds supply by 50%.

What We Do:

We produce high quality eggs & poultry using climate-resilient techniques: solar lighting, rainwater harvesting & innovative manure management. We’re launching our own feed production, sourcing from local farmers, eventually cutting our 80% feed cost burden.

The Opportunity:

With $700K funding, we’ll scale to 40,000 layers, boosting production to 12.8Million eggs and $1.2M revenue (300% growth). This will create 3,000 jobs, grow our farmer network from 28 to 2,555 and drive $53M in local trade. Our feed plant will boost margins and food security.
