We buy Fresh Jackfruit, Pineapple, Red chilis, and apple banana. We dry all of them using a large solar dryer acquired from Austria, and sell to other exporters and a few locals. We own a model farm of 6 hectares where all our over 2500 outgrower come for agronomy and agribusiness training. Our Model Farm as well sells Fresh vegetables in the local markets. We control the Agro inputs used by our Farmers through an Agro input outlet we own. We want to increase our sales by getting approved certification from the Uganda Bureau of standards to allow us produce massively for all the local supermarkets in Uganda. We also need packaging equipment to increase the speed of production for packet Jackfruit, pine apple and Red Chili powder. We already own a crusher for Chili, but will need to have equipment to do Chili Paste. We also need equipment for making the pineapple Juice since its a bye product of the drying process.
