CASH FOOTBALL AND CRUSHING FACTORY
My name is Shemu Ulenje and I am the Chairman of the Aman Cashew nut group from Tandahimba
Mtwara Region. Amani Cashewnut is a social group founded in 2006 by young people
cashew farmers to improve the cultivation and increase the value of the cashew crop to
processed and sold as a ready-to-eat product.
Our project is to build a cashew processing and processing factory with the aim of
increase production and produce quality cashews for the domestic and international market. For
now we process cashews but it is by using poor quality materials and poor packaging
at a minimum.
Products
The factory will produce two kinds of products
i.
Cashew
ii.
Cashew oil
The main product of the factory is processed cashew nuts ready for consumption. Our group is cracking down
and processed cashews ready for the end consumer. These products are packaged in
packaging with group labels of different sizes ranging from 75 grams, up to 5 kg.
