Iqbal Hossain Shimul is an agropreneur serving the agricultural sector more than 10 years. He is the founder of Amader Khamar and initiated his journey with Ajkerkrishi. He developed an agro-based nursery in his hometown, Rangpur Bangladesh. Mariam Hussain is currently a PhD candidate in Dept. Climate & Energy Systems Eng., Ewha Womans University, Seoul. She shows a keen interest in green investments and startups after joining training program: Innovative Technology in Water Management by K-Water Academy and sponsored by UNESCO-iWSSM. She is the co-founder of Amader Khamer and working to develop the business contents. The notable employee for Amader Khamar is Zinat Tasnim. She is supporting and working as a Field Monitoring Officer. She earned her Master degree in Economics. Fatema Sharin is helping in social intervention for Amader Khamar. She has a Master degree in Psychology. Saiful Islam is business coordinator representing from the production site i.e. Dasherkandi, Dhaka.
