I, Adedayo Mary Oladeji, a CEO/MD of All-Glow Agro Allied Ltd – a leading company in the production/distribution of Neem-Based Granular Organic and Organo-Mineral Fertilizers in South-West, Nigeria. The business started out of my passion to provide affordable organic/organo-mineral fertilizers to farmers who cannot afford chemical fertilizers and due to its health hazards. I started by selling poultry manure (chicken droppings) and afterwards evolved. The products help farmers produce high-yield and healthy range of organic fruits/crops/vegetables.
