Barbora Kyereko (Environmental & Social Expert): A researcher at the Institute of Ethnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences and a PhD candidate at Charles University. She holds an MSc in Tropical AgriSciences and provides expertise in ecological anthropology and tropical botany to ensure project resilience and social inclusion. The project is integrated with the traditional authority of Akyem Tafo, specifically through the Chief, which ensures local legitimacy and long-term land security. The team bridges the gap between structured corporate excellence and impactful grassroots development by combining social sciences with technical engineering.
