AKON Food Manufacturing Initiative is currently led by the founder during the development and fundraising phase.

The project is building a small but experienced operational team that will be formally recruited once funding is secured.
The core team will include professionals from Sudan, Egypt, and Uganda with experience in industrial bakeries, biscuit manufacturing, factory operations, and food distribution.
The planned structure focuses on operational efficiency, fast market entry, and scalable expansion into a regional food manufacturing hub.
Initial team size at launch: 4–6 key members.
