Akaboxi provides rural communities with a robust and secure way of handling savings kept in boxes, to be managed and monitored by use of a Digitalized Financial Inclusion system majority of whom are unemployed youth and women. These smallholder farmers still lose records of their financials and thus are unable to access credit from formal financial institutions which in return affect their levels of productivity and ability to scale. We at Akaboxi, digitally manage the financial records of these smallholder farmers, do credit scoring, fill their financial gap and help engage partners to provide cheap and affordable agricultural inputs, access to ready markets, low insurance premiums,
and trainings/ education targeting creation of awareness for business scaling and profitability.
