AGRECO is a cooperative that transforms agricultural waste into sustainable wealth, produces organic fruit and vegetables, and trains young people and producers in sustainable agricultural practices. It develops innovative solutions for converting agricultural waste (animal and vegetable) into organic fertilizers using a variety of technologies. These fertilizers not only improve agricultural productivity, but above all restore poor farmland in the northern regions of Benin. Through a circular economy model, AGRECO simultaneously generates environmental impact, social inclusion and economic growth. Our ambition is to become a benchmark for agroecology and the circular economy in West Africa.
