Agence Evenementiel SEGAN Identifying and promoting cultural talent in Benin

Agence Événementielle SEGAN organizes the Festival Non É Zan & Détection des Talents, an annual professional platform dedicated to the detection and promotion of emerging Beninese artists (humor, dance, singing, theater, visual arts). Benin has an untapped talent pool, due to a lack of structured and accessible springboards. SEGAN fills this void with a complete 5-phase process: national call for applications, regional pre-selections, finalists’ camp, Grand Finale with public vote, then support for the winners. 4 editions completed. The 4th edition (theme “Maman, source de vie”) was held at MAJESTIC CINEMA Wologuèdè in 2026, with digital ticketing via FedaPay and online voting. Diversified economic model: ticketing, sponsoring (12,000,000 FCFA already secured), paid voting, media rights. Year 3 target: 12,000 participants and 60,000,000 FCFA in sales. Sub-regional ambitions from year 5 (Togo, Niger, Nigeria).
