Afroagripreneurs Network is full of agripreneurs and managers who have sufficient experience in developing organizations. We do not select the members of our team at random, there is a profile that must be completed to be part of our team: previous professional experience, training followed, skills mastered, values displayed, objectives pursued, nature and importance of the contribution to the project, complementarities with the rest of the team, guarantees provided, role held, importance in the company and interactions with the other members of the team.
