Franscans brothers adraa agriculture college founded by like minded people’s of religious foundation to start skill base farmers college in northern Uganda in Nebbi Catholic Church but in Madi okollo district previous in arua district ,provide sustainable agriculture and rural development program with over 40 partner around the globally most of the partners are Irish origin for infrastructure development ,provide skill training for young school drop due to fee challenge, interested farmers around the three east African country and including democratic republic of Congo and south Sudan especially the most vunerable refugees in the settlement of omugo,rhino camp ,bidibidi and invempi settlement promoting short term enterprises like poultry production,pig production, vegetables production and apiary production because element of food security enhancements and promoting farming as a business for young African population in northern Uganda .
