A3 Consultant is actively involved in entrepreneurship development across Kenya. We are actively involved in improving and growing SMEs so as to help them grow and become established enterprises with a key focus on Agri-enterprises.
Our trainings have helped SMEs turn losses into profits by integrating IT in operations thus lowering the operations cost that is crucial to start ups.
We aim to empower farmers and entrepreneurs with the skills they need to create and maintain effective local networks through organizing open forums, workshops and farmer field schools.
We provide financial literacy training (e.g. basic accounting, budgeting), help them analyze costs and develop business plans. Thus, we make them more ‘bankable’. We then connect them to banks and micro-finance agencies, often helping them draft the loan proposal.
