The Public University of El Alto (UPEA) is a public and autonomous university of Bolivia, based in the city of El Alto, which offers 35 races in the partner-political-economic, health and technology areas. In 2011, 13 races were implemented, adding a total of 35 the academic offer of this superior house of studies. Their actions are part of the organic status approved in 2007.
