Mission
The Central University of Venezuela has as its mission to create, assimilate and disseminate knowledge through research and teaching; to complete the comprehensive training begun in the previous educational cycles; and to form the professional and technical teams that the nation needs for its development and progress.
Vision
Being the national and international reference center in the formation of human talent needed and in the generation, management and dissemination of knowledge.
Objectives
- Promoting research into new technologies knowledge to benefit the well-being and progress of the human being, society and independent development of the nation.
- To direct the education towards the integral training of professionals and the training of the individual according to the needs of the society and its development.
- Participate, through programs of Extension and Support, in the solution of the social problems facing the country.
